Mike Echols is a CPA and brings to Franklin Resources Group his expertise in the fields of corporate tax planning, management advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and crisis management. He is senior partner with Michael H. Echols & Associates P.C., Tuscaloosa.

Mr. Echols is a member of the Alabama Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs and is a founding member of ALA/CPA/PAC and TUSCO PAC. He also has a broad range of hands on experience covering more than 25 years in devising innovative solutions to complex business issues.

As a member of the Franklin Resources Group Board since its beginning, Mike has been a valuable asset to our team.
