David Lowery & Associates is a full service government relations firm, which places emphasis on involvement at the local government level.

David actively lobbied the state legislature and county and city governments for public employees for eight years while serving with the Birmingham Police Department, and after leaving the Department in 1988 began representing major trade associations.

In 1990 he formed David Lowery & Associates and continues to represent clients at the Alabama Legislature and before over thirty local governments in the North/Central Alabama region. David also actively represents several clients as liaison to the Alabama Congressional Delegation.

With over twenty five years service to professional and trade associations David is well versed in association management, grass roots member involvement and political action development.

In 2002 David formed Southeastern Health Policy & Analysis, which represents clients concerned with indigent and child healthcare.

David Lowery & Associates is located centrally in the Birmingham/Hoover Metropolitan Area with offices at the Medical Forum/Birmingham Jefferson Convention Complex, in addition to availability at Franklin Resources Group Montgomery offices.
